Pretty solid unaged release and the price tag is really good. =============== #5091 Saturday 24.01.2025 - 26.01.2025 A nice weekend in my sisters summerhouse with old friends and colleagues tasting a lot of rums. I can only recommend like we did, no phones allowed and then only music in the background 😊 Colour Transparent. Nose Fresh, light vegetal, light herbal, faint olive, light mint, light citrus. Palate Fresh, round, light vegetal, faint roasted, citrus, light olive, faint salty, light caramel, cardamom. Finish Medium long, round, light roasted, light olive, light salty, light caramel, herbal. Empty glass Herbs, light caramel, citrus, light manto, light cardamom.

Toller Agricole von Rhum J.M hier, ich liebe die ja. Die Nase ist frisch und fruchtig. Gras und Zuckerrohr sind erkennbar. Am Gaumen ebenfalls Zuckerroh, ansonsten ist er blumig und grasig, Acricole und Olive sind erkennbar.

Oily and fine bubbles in the glass. A beautiful rhum agricole. Inviting nose and very good taste. Can also be drunk neat. As a Ti Punch, it also has a light mineral note.

Nez Le premier nez s'oriente avec douceur vers les senteurs de fleur de canne, de miel et de citron vert. A l’agitation, de généreuses notes végétales, caractéristiques du terroir JM, viennent estomper ces premières notes miellées. Le nez se consacre désormais à la canne et se pare de parfums de poivre blanc et d'anis qui, par touches, renforcent fraîcheur naturelle et puissance. Bouche La dégustation est fidèle aux effluves perçues au nez. Elle oscille entre puissance et suavité : les notes de poivre blanc se frottent à celles du miel qui tapisse généreusement le palais. L'équilibre est travaillé et harmonieux, laissant progressivement place aux fines saveurs anisées chères au Rhum blanc JM. Finale La finale se prolonge sur la rondeur des généreuses notes miellées et se complète de saveurs florales délicates : un joyau !
