A subtle nose in the freshness, in the juice of sugar cane and a little wooded... It invites you to travel... What a disappointment in mouth... A first presence in the juice of sugar cane then is very quickly replaced by the spicy, the pepper and the bitterness. A very short alcoholic end with an astringent end... Pleasant without pretension...

Very light rhum.

The nose has a nice mix of exotic woods, cut flowers, vanilla and freshly picked cherries. Further nosing brings out a peppery, spicy note. A sweet palate with a big hit of vanilla. A fresh green vegetable note followed by chestnuts and apricots. The finish is short but with a sugarcane sweetness. A touch of peppery tingle on the tounge. This reminds me of rum from Darsa in Guatemala. Sweet and with woody, exotic nut notes. A touch too peppery at points if I was to be critical.

Took a long time to lose astringency and open up. Afterwards revealed itself as a straight up quality rum with a high degree of complexity. Strong candy cane and vegetal notes
