Le nez est doux et discret. Il est plutôt frais sur la menthe fraîche avec un côté très floral. On retrouve un nez légèrement iodé et comme un bonbon à la violette. C’est plutôt typé mélasse longue fermentation. En bouche, c’est doux, trop doux pour un blanc de dégustation. C’est logique avec 43.5% sous le capot ! On a en bouche du zeste d’orange et une certaine amertume et du soufré. C’est trop léger avec peu de longueur, et celle-ci est plutôt monolithique. En conclusion, le nez est intéressant (sans plus) mais en bouche il y a peu de plaisir car trop léger et peu aromatique.
