Opinions land in a friendly middle: most people enjoy this classic TDL for its minty, fruity character, but a recurring gripe is that 45% leaves it thin and a touch quiet. Expect eucalyptus and menthol, red fruit and mango, buttery caramel and a little grapefruit. One taster nailed the fun part: "petroly mangos on the palate." Low scoring so far but this is very nice in my opinion. Would be better at high strength but love the petroly mangos on the palate.

Superbe nez qui commence avec un caramel au beurre bien gourmand puis s'ouvre sur les fruits tropicaux et les agrumes mêlés à quelques épices type cardamome. En plongeant le nez dans le verre, ce rhum ce fait un peu plus "sale". Le pamplemousse est la 1ere note en bouche, c'est très agréable. Le jus est sirupeux, le caramel est bien présent ainsi que des épices et des notes d'agrumes dominantes. Finale assez longue sur les agrumes et les épices puis l'eucalyptus prend toute la place dans une belle fraîcheur.

I can't get enough of this bottling. An aromatic bomb on the nose, finish and retro olfaction. No bitterness, just pleasure. The only downside is a slightly timid attack on the palate.

Es muss auch mal Trinkstärke sein, dennoch ist er fein.😉 Durchaus eine weitere Flasche wert. Die geliebten Trinidadnoten in leichter Form.

Very, very nice round and digestible TDL that offers even more fruity facets but still doesn't completely lose the characteristic mint :) great! plus some ginger and chamomile, as well as slightly medicinal notes. somehow also reminds me of the green apple rings from the past, just not sweet 😅

Au nez c'est d'abord très fermé. C'est difficile d'identifier des arômes. Après un peu d'ouverture mélange after eight de chocolat et de menthe. Mais ça reste un reste un nez très léger. En bouche c'est bien plus consistant avec une menthe bien présente et un petit côté fruité mais trop dominé par la menthe pour moi. J'ai une bouteille complète, j'aurais l'occasion je me repencher dessus et éventuellement de le renoter mais pour le moment pas convaincu. Une côté trop unilatéral mentholé pour moi.

Příjemné, kulaté a komplexní TDL, jen bohužel velmi řídké. Na nose mimo klasickou mátu a koření méně obvyklý zázvor a později k trocha špíny. V chuti jdou první citrusy, potom koření a nakonec se to vytratí uplně do ztracena. Bohužel.
