Longueteau Prelude Harmony Collection
Don't expect a wild, grassy agricole here — this Longueteau plays it quiet. Vanilla, orange zest and fresh sugarcane sit alongside coconut and apricot, with spice and oak taking the lead. One taster found the cane "bien la au milieu des fruits," but several felt the nose stays too restrained. Pleasant and easy, though rarely loud.

Nouvelles notes de dégustations. La canne est bien la au milieu des fruits, abricots, et du bois. J’ai vraiment plus apprécié qu’à l’époque ! Anciennes notes : Assez sympa avec du fruit confit, accompagne bien les cigares légers ! En resume, mes notes de degutation : Au nez : Vanillé, Zeste d'orange En bouche : Noix de coco, Abricot" On en redemande finalement !

Insgesamt etwas zu zurückhaltend. Longueteau gewinnt für mich wahlweise als sehr frisches, ungezähmtes Destillat oder nach einigen Jahren Reifung. Hier liegen wir sowohl was das Alter als auch die Stärke angeht auf einem Mittelweg, der sicher Freunde findet, mir aber zu wenig aussagekräftig daherkommt.

Nase: sehr dezent und zurückhaltend. Am deutlichsten Vanille und nussige Aromen, ein wenig Frucht zudem zu vernehmen. Gaumen: Sehr würzig und holzig zu Beginn, dann kommt der Alkohol durch. Pflanzliche und fruchtige Aromen im Hintergrund ohne konkreter werden zu können. Abgang: würzig, holzig und leicht Honig Fazit: Ein nicht allzu komplexer Agricole mit sehr dezenter Nase. Würze und Holz überwiegen, da geht mehr.
