The nose is sour on something tropical. Rather sweet on apple and coconut. Rather fresh on vegetal (cabbage 🥬). Creamy mouthfeel on pineapple/chocolate. Very well integrated, no alcoholic feeling. The finish is unfortunately short, too short on coconut. In conclusion: interesting nose and attack on the palate, but unfortunately too flat in the long term. To be tried in a cocktail ... Thanks to David for this surprising discovery. When are we going to visit this Dada Chapel?

Surprising, but not much molasses ground tones. First time smell banana notes disappear after having opened the bottle a few days/weeks, which makes this very average.
