Saint James Brut de colonne - Bio 2021
Agricole drinkers who want raw, undiluted sugarcane will find a lot to chew on here. This white rhum from Saint James pours out fresh cane, cut grass, olive and a bright lemon-zest lift, turning greener and earthier on a long, warm finish. At 73.7% it's intense but stays clean and floral — one taster called it delicate for its strength. Divisive, but honest cane character.
The community says- Pure sugarcane character

Lovely rhum, learned to rub it into gums to feel the flavour. Highly recommended and one of the best examples for sugarcane flavours I know of. Great stuff!
