Bottle Market Bremen Oktober 2024. Ebenfalls beim rausgehen mitgenommen. Dieser sagt mir aber nicht ganz zu. Nase überwiegend holzig, aber auch Vanille, Karamell und Schokolade erkennbar. Am Gaumen für mich zu süß, Schokolade und Karamell stechen hier hervor und stellen das Holz leider in den Hintergrund.

Dieser Rum ist holzig, erdig mit Vanille und Trockenfrüchten/Rotwein im Hintergrund. Weitere typische Agricole-Noten wie Leder und Schokolade finden sich auch. Im Mund eher scharf und bittere Noten, aber auch gleichzeitig etwas süß, was durch das Finish mit spanischem Rotwein erklären lässt. Der Rum hat mich nie so ganz überzeugt, wobei er der beste Rum der Destillerie Aldea ist. Preis ist etwas teuer, wenn man ihn nicht in Spanien einkauft.

Habe diesen Rum auf dem bottle Markt in Bremen gekauft und finde ihn eigentlich ganz gut. Eine schöne dunkle Note von Kaffee und Schokolade und nicht zu süß. Alkohol auch gut eingebunden daher ein guter Kauf gewesen
