This is a great rum and if you save the glass for the day after sampling it you'll get surprised at the nose. A complex rum with a nice balance between spices and fruit. I really liked the oaky finish. A rather high price tag compared to the quality, but rare bottles are not cheap.

Fresh-cut citrus orientation, beautiful intensity and complexity. Fine oak that gives fruit its due, but a little bitterness on the finish. Long finish.
