Un nez magnifique avec du bois vernis, de la brioche, de la banane. Comme une crêpe Suzette flambée au Grand Marnier. L’alcool est assez présent en bouche puis les arômes sentis au nez arrivent avec de la poire, de l’orange amère. Beaucoup d’amers nobles, une bouche très cohérente. La finale est très longue et magnifiquement équilibrée. Le verre vide apporte du bois, des fruits et des pâtisseries. Un cuisinier prépare une banane flambée dans une très vieille maison de bois, dehors un verger apporte de fortes odeurs de fruits sur-mûrs. Un rhum parfaitement cohérent du nez au verre vide. Un très très beau rhum qui donne envie d’en reboire.

This is a very nice Clement and I really like when the set the ABV above 50% because it really enhances the profile. Very fresh Agricole and grass notes from pouring with some added fruit, vanilla and roasted wood. I really like the marzipan on the finish.
