This was my first real rum mixology where the master did some pretty good drinks. Please be aware that the score is based on the final result and not for the "raw rum" in a clea tasting, which would be pretty different! Iced Mojito 4 cl Negrita 12 cl lime sirup (lime juice can be used but then you need some sugar) 10 fresh mint leaves Lots of ice Blend lime and ice in a blender until it has the consistency of slush ice. Put the rum and mint leaves into a tumbler and add the blende content. Stir well and it's ready. This was a very refreshing Mojito.
