The nose sends us directly to the land of big fermentation rums, with a massive solvent and extremely ripe fruits (banana, coconut). It's intense, fresh and very funky! With this original recipe, you get an agricultural rum with a complex, flavorful and amazing profile, presenting precious fruitcake flavors, copper and licorice on the palate. It's rather dry and concentrated in spices. The finish is peppery and herbal. This is a nice tasting white, with 65.5% controllable and revealing a soft, light mouthfeel.
