#5391 11.06.2025 Running a few samples while watching Star Treck Discovery. Nose Light wood, fruits, caramel, light apple, light floral, mint, light papaya, faint herbal. Palate Light wood, light roasted, oily, naturally sweet, caramel, light apple, light floral, light mint. Finish Medium to long, oily, light wood, caramel, faint tobacco, light leather, dried fruit. Empty glass Caramel, vanilla, tobacco, light leather, light chocolate. Needs to rest for a good while for the ABV to settle.

In der Nase steigt zunächst sehr dominant Karamell auf... dann entwickelt sich sehr viel alkoholisches , mich an Armangnac erinnernd Am Gaumen strömt erst eine warme Süße heran, die dann in eine pfeffrige Würze übergeht.. und letzten Endes leicht bitter zu werden. Der Abgang ist relativ kurz, es bleibt das pfeffrige! Der Rum ist nicht sehr komplex!
