Ultra greedy nose on the mango, pot still present, in mouth pot still lightly wooded, the roasted mango disappeared, lack of watt undoubtedly and of body, a little too aqueous. Remains very nice

The oldest and most expensive room I currently have in my collection. This rum takes one of my favorite funky profiles (Clarendon MMW) and refines it through long aging and finishing in cognac. A special occasion pour for sure. It also benefits from a long rest in the glass. Like 30 minutes of resting, covered.
