Coffee runs the whole show here — ground and burnt coffee on the nose, mocha and bitter cacao on the palate, with a little cinnamon and apple poking through. It's dry and reads pretty boozy for 40.5%, and the rum itself gets a bit lost under the coffee. Most members found it more interesting in a long drink than sipped neat.

This is coffee infused rum that I think I lucked out buying the lower proof . Nosing Ash, tobacco , ground coffee & burnt coffee Tasting Coffee , burnt chocolate cacao ,apples & cinnamon

Coffee dominates this rum from nose via palate to the medium long finish. During the finish this coffee taste getting quite bitter. Besides the coffee taste I recognize chocolate and some sweetness. It’s also having quite much alcoholic taste for the love ABV.

Thanks to RumTasting for this tasting set! Otherwise I wouldn‘t ever try nor by a bottle of this one! Unimpressive rum… taste like booze🙈 if you like coffee you can give it a try (not more not less)…

I would imagine that more skilled mixologists could probably find a host of other things to do with this. That said I've thoroughly enjoyed what I have done with this particular infused/flavoured...
