Bonpland series Guadelouoe 20 years. This one is really good. As written in the other reviews, you really have a great aniseed note here. There is also licorice and it smells/tastes smoky. Top 👍
Review by Kevin Sorensen 🇩🇰
This was another nice surprise coming at you with a dark colour and wonderful nose from opening the bottle. The nose is sweet and fruity with smoky wood, spices and chocolate. Tha palate is intense, complex and well balanced as well ans sweet with smoky oak, leather, anise, licorice leather and light tobacco. The finish is very long, dry and fruity with smoke, vanilla and caramel. Try to nose the empty glass after a few hours then the chocolate and spices really bloom.

I think I have never discovered such an intense anise note reminiscent of pastis and sambuca in a rum. Exciting Guadeloupe!
