A.H. Riise Pharmacy Liquorice
People are split, and the split is basically "do you love licorice?" This is a thick, syrupy black licorice liqueur at 18% — dominant licorice, salt, molasses, with hints of coffee and chocolate. Licorice devotees call it delicious and creamy; everyone else finds it too sweet and syrupy, with almost no alcohol bite. One member even bakes with it.

Thick, sweet black-licorice liqueur Loved by hardcore licorice fans, disliked by most others. Very sweet, thick and syrupy with a long finish, but light on alcohol and one-note. It's a liqueur, not a rum.

Eigentlich kein Rum, sondern, soweit ich weiß, auf Vodka Basis, aber von Riise und ich mag Lakritze ! Das war eigentlich die Entscheidung für diesen Kauf. Ist aber so gar nicht mein Geschmack und wird daher in der Vitrine verstauben…
