Un rhum dégusté dans un bar et la bouteille est dans son dernier quart. Au nez de la pomme verte et de la poire mais aussi des relents de fût pas tout à fait net. Dommage! Une bouche avec un alcool équilibré et encore des fruits à pépins et du bois. Le rhum emplit la bouche façon très agréable ! La finale est courte et on sent bien le menthol qui vient terminer cette belle expérience. Le verre vide exhale des saveurs de fût problématique.

Je trouve cela trop jeune et je n arrive pas à retrouver les marqueurs classiques de la favorite sauf en fin fin de bouche avec ce petit goût de pruneau et bois. Cela reste bon mais par rapport au prix,c’est trop élevé.

On sent la jeunesse du rhum, sur la canne, le poivre noir, pomme verte, un leger boisé. Belle vivacité.

Nez qui fait penser à un autre alcool, grappa ou cognac. Il y a aussi de la pomme et un peu de caramel. C’est plutôt vif. En bouche c’est alcoleux, on sent un peu la canne fraîche et le fût de bois jeune. D’ailleurs c’est un peu trop l’arôme jus de planche qui prédomine. L’équilibre n’est pas bon, l’alcool est mal intégré je trouve. La finale est alcooleuse, c’est d’ailleurs un goût d’eau oxygèné qui reste en bouche pas très agréable.
