This Ambre’ Agricole rum from ReimonenQ in Guadeloupe has spent 1 year in oak barrels before bottled at 40%. It’s not a a typical Agricole, it’s so round and mellow. The nose is soft, woody, spicy and fruity with aroma of strawberry. At the palate and during the medium long finish it’s mellow, round, soft, sweet, spicy and fruity with flavors of licorice, tar, strawberry, cherry and citrus.
