Nez gourmand, très noix de coco. Du bois. De la vanille. En bouche, c'est pimenté. L'alcool est moyennement intégré et piquant malgré la réduction. Met du temps à s'ouvrir mais laisse découvrir du chocolat, du caramel. Le fût de whisky est bien présent. Finale agréable, boisée et vanillée, un peu trop courte malheureusement.

Einer meiner Standarts. Ist eigentlich immer offen bei mir im Schrank. Geschmacklich finde ich ihn gut und ausgewogen, nicht so intensiv wie die Forusquare ECS- oder Velier Abfüllungen, aber für 46% kommt doch einiges rüber. Gut für Einsteiger. Bleibt nur die Frage wieviele Flaschen mir noch bleiben bei nur 249 Flaschen Auflage.
