If you nose this one right out of the bottle it has an alcoholic overtone to it. If left to rest for at least 15 minutes that alcohol dissipates completely and releases a wonderful nose. Some may want to add a drop or two of water which will release even more flavours but I do like the kind of roughness without the water. Sweet and bitter on the palate at the same time and has a nice complexity to it. Pretty close to the Cubaney Centenario they make.
