A Caipirinha from the bottle, but quite positively meant. Taste like an aged cachaca that has already been mixed with lime and other citrus fruits. Some raisin and tangerine. Overall very round and pleasant on the palate.

This rum has a wonderful nose and a great balanced palate that ends in a long warm, slightly bitter and fruity finish. Spicier than I had imagined before sipping but not in a bad way. Also a nice thread of orange from start to finish.

Read full review →This makes for a really nice sipper. It's sweet but not in an "added sugar" kind of way. The finish is long and has a lot of stoned fruits and berries. A slightly bitter note mingles alongside the warming oak spices which build and slowly fade away nicely. A lovely...
