Expect raw sugarcane, lime and a cooling eucalyptus-mint note, with milk chocolate and a spicy, peppery kick underneath. At 57% it runs hot but the alcohol stays well tucked in. One taster caught coffee and maple on the finish; several rate it just ahead of the Wild Fermentation.

crass. on the nose directly intense lychee, papaya, coconut and lime, then in the background milk chocolate, honey and eucalyptus and some lavender.in the taste then simultaneously bitter, sweet and salty intense after chocolate with fleur de sel, lychee, papaya and then suddenly coffee / mocha and maple syrup. the mocha notes dominate in the finish , are supported by a freshness of eucalyptus and lychees and toasted coconut chips. i like it very much!in the daiquiri it comes over really oily and heavy after lime, coconut milk, mocha and dark chocolate with eucalyptus.

A particularly expressive Thai rum, which carries on the nose notes of vegetal and floral freshness, tropical fruits, spices and a touch of varnish. This strength is reflected in the palate: the rum is warm, intense and powerful with metallic and spicy notes (notably chili), but balances very well with the minty freshness, the saline touch, the tropical fruits and the sugar cane. The finish, rather average in length, underlines the small details raised in the mouth (saline and iodine notes) and the sugar cane and pepper. A proof that Thailand, with the right know-how, can produce very good rums.

This bottling is exactly the opposite of the Wild Fermentation in terms of aroma. Much more restrained on the nose, but much more present on the palate. The alcohol is perfectly integrated

#4162 This on has far more power on the palate where as the nose is rather light. Medium fruity with a lightly sweet dry palate and I really like the minty/floral touch.

Better than its counterpart Wild Fermentation, this High Proof is really nice with its spicy side even reglissé. It is very floral, fruity and complex.

Pretty straight sugarcane juice rum. Much more agricole-y than the wild fermentation one, but with a nice fresh and eucalyptus note all through the degustation. A nice dram but not one that I'd like to have a bottle.
