Chaque bouteille de Longueteau blanc est une Madeleine de Proust pour moi car cette marque était ma porte d'entrée dans le rhum blanc de dégustation (avec le blanc 55°). Ici même concept que le RSMA, sauf que c'est canne bleue et moins de alcool. Un bon agricole, très efficace en ti punch

🔙 Zoom sur un blanc à Ti-Punch qui fait toujours plaisir : Longueteau "Pour la Passion des Chefs" 2019 – 50 % Issu de la canne bleue du domaine du Marquisat de Sainte-Marie, ce rhum blanc agricole a été distillé en 2019 par la maison Longueteau. Plus qu’un simple rhum, c’est une cuvée solidaire : pour chaque bouteille vendue, 3 € étaient reversés à l'association La Passion des Chefs, afin de financer des repas pour les soignants dans des restaurants partenaires — une belle initiative, déclinée en trois éditions spécifiques pour la Belgique, la France et Andorre. Réduit lentement et avec précision pendant 12 mois en cuve inox, ce rhum a été embouteillé à 50 %. L’édition, limitée à environ 25 000 bouteilles, était relativement facile à trouver lors de sa sortie. 👉 Nez : canne fraîche, miel et une pointe de poivre – c’est franc, engageant, et ça donne envie de plonger dedans. 👉 Bouche : attaque toute en rondeur, presque plus douce que les 50 % ne le laissent penser. On retrouve la canne en majesté, soulignée par un bel équilibre entre végétal, agrumes et épices. 👉 Finale : longue, marquée par une belle persistance poivrée. C’est gourmand, sec juste ce qu’il faut, et hyper bien fait. 💬 En Ti-Punch, c’est redoutablement efficace — le genre de blanc qui se vide (trop) vite tant il est agréable. Une nouvelle démonstration du savoir-faire Longueteau (avec les blancs) : précis, expressif, et toujours à la hauteur.
