Not bad, but despite the 56.7% it's a bit flat. It lacks complexity and, for me, yellow fruit in particular.

15.01.2021 A nice tasting held by my former employer at their main office. Notes Light to medium dark in colour. Nose Light, light wood, fruits, orange, tobacco, faint leather, light chocolate. Palate Light, wood, light roasted, fruits, pineapple, orange, light chocolate, faint malt, light coffee. Finish Medium long, wood, faint smoke, orange, light coffee, faint chocolate.

This was my first Barbancourt and I don't regret buying it back then. In retrospect, and now that I've had several representatives from this distillery in my glass, it's a little flat in terms of flavor profile, but still a good sipper. But I think the price is a little too high.
