La Part des Anges Sublim' Canne Canne Rose
Anyone who chases raw agricole terroir will get it here — this unaged Reunion cane-juice rum is all fresh sugarcane, lime and cut grass, with an iodine-mineral edge and a floral, litchi lift. Distilled from the rose cane variety at 55%, it runs very straight on the palate. One taster compared it to Neisson; another to Clairin. The finish is where it falls a little short.

Petite distillerie découverte au salon de l agriculture, qui travaille avec la canne à sucre et aussi des fruits de la réunion. La canne utilisée pour cette bouteille est la rose. En dégustation ce rhum est bien équilibré sur les fruits,iode ,minéra, herbe et canne. le tout dans une certaine rondeur.j ai eu la chance de goûter la version vieillie en emphore, une merveille !

Ça ressemble à du Grand arôme, ça ressemble aussi un peu à du Clairin. C'est végétal, ça sent bon la canne à sucre. Très bon rhum blanc agricole.
