Le nez est la partie que j ai le plus aimé, côté très canne et sirupeux au début , évolution vers du végétal, artichaut , puis arrive du Iodé. Comme pour le nez, début de bouche grasse et canne. Puis ça devient plus acéré avec du poivré, j ai un côté terreux avec un parfum de champignons. La fin de bouche est anesthésiée et sucrée sans vraiment de grosse dominances
