#4048 This is also a really good release. Very intense profile and it needs to rest for a good while before the flavours are mellow. Dry and lightly fruity with a nice roasted note. I like the natural sweetness of the profile. The empty glass is really nice and I can pick up some iodine and light licorice.

I can’t forget the thrill of my first sip. It’s what made me fall in love with white rum. The fresh, herbal vibrancy of sugarcane is incredibly pleasant. Yet, it’s gentle on the palate, with a firm, sweet depth and a touch of bitterness. It’s delicious no matter how you drink it. This is a bottle I want to keep enjoying forever.
