8,4:On the nose, an orange and various roasted, charred wood notes like roasted nuts, butterscotch, spicy with baking spices, coconut, dried apricots and raisins, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, variety of confectionery notes arise as biscuits, pastry, especially tiramisu, the presence of oak is strong, cocoa and some orange peel, flowery hints might pop up. 8,3:On the palate, the attack is typical of Bajan, with toasted coconut, dried apricots and raisins, some citrus like orange, charred wood notes with butterscotch, roasted nuts, spicy with baking spices, the fruitcake is glazed with caramelized topping, tasty biscuits with dark chocolate. When the rum is really oxidized, earthy and flowery molasses comes out, with tobacco, slightly mineral and peppery tones, some pineapple and peaches. 8,4:The finish is medium long, as most of the palate notes linger on, some vanilla and leather are uncovered.
