This is a tasting from 10.05.2019 where I went out with a few colleagues for a nice tasting. Notes i have on this one. Beautiful colour and nice balance overall. Alcohol is very well integrated maybe because of the ABV.

On the nose, there’s a nice fruit salad, with freshness and spices. The entry on the palate is a bit rough and quite woody. After that sensation, you find soft and pleasant spices. However, the fruits from the nose have disappeared. It lingers in the mouth for a long time with a gourmand impression of nougat and dark chocolate.

Famose Nase, am Gaumen etwas zu ruppig - leider ist der Alkohol nicht ganz perfekt integriert, was angesichts der Verdünnung etwas zu stark zum Tragen kommt. Aber ein grossartiges Profil bleibt es.
