A very complex, gourmand nose, almost too much so, but an explosion of aroma due to ageing in bourbon barrels and a finish in cognac barrels. Very rum-like on the palate, much less "sweet" than the nose might suggest. Good presence, remains very present on the palate despite the 45 degrees! Medium alcohol finish.
