The nose has roasted nuts, nougat and some juicier touchs of coconut in the background. Quite oaky. The palate is warming. The oak is more present here. There's also molasses and brown sugar. A similar profile to the younger El Dorado's but with more wood. The finish is short. Only really the oak remains but there's also an aggressive spice. Tasting this started good but ended poorly. The palate is overly oaked and the finish has too much punchy spice. Not one I would recommend.
