Also a rhum from an independent bottler from the island of Martinique, not available in Germany. The nose is inviting with lots of fruit. The taste is complex and dry and the alcohol is well integrated. The finish is long with mineral and grassy notes and as a Ti Punch it develops its true character, everything comes together here. Can be drunk neat but a real recommendation as a Ti Punch 🥃👍.

This unaged agricole rum release is more traditional but worth checking out. The agricole aromas blend with citrus notes, especially lime, to offer something very round, dry but easy to approach. The attack on the palate is controlled. You find the acidity of citrus (lime, grapefruit), sugarcane, and herbal, floral, and vegetal notes. It's quite simple but tasty and balanced. The finish is of decent length. It swings between vegetal, floral, mineral notes and citrus, without really changing the base of the profile. A nice white rum, more tasty and fruity than its cousin from the Renaissance release, but lacking depth and aromas to be top-level among white rums.
