The first impression on the nose: these sweet and sour apple rings. After 30 minutes in the glass, the green apple is still very dominant, along with esters and fermentation. Unfortunately, there is no apple left on the palate; the alcohol is very present, along with tropical fruit and light spice and barrel aromas. The longer you leave it to stand, the better it gets on the nose and palate.
