8,5:On the nose, it is immediately very pretty, very fruity and chocolatey.We can quickly add with Math, with a rich, fermented cane juice, as it is juicy and a bit flowery. The spices bring elegance. The fruitiness is the leader of notes like passion fruit, mango and papaya.It gives off just the right amount of acidity to balance everything. The nuts are fatty, so is woodiness.All this therefore contributes to a beautiful balance between the fruit and the woodiness. Aeration brings out more fruit notes a juicy and thick explosion like nectar. The guava is complemented by passion fruit and pineapple. The nuts and spices enrich the profile. The woodiness is elegant with fatty nuts, all very pleasant. 8,7:On the palate, the attack is smooth, spicy.The woodiness is elegant with spicy dried fruits, nutty and with milk chocolate. The exotic fruits are ripe and the pepper adds intensity, leading to the sugarcane, juicy, a bit mineral, flowery, herbaceous, with a note of licorice, for a balanced and complete rum. 8,5:The finish is long and elegant, dry, the sugarcane is juicy, flowery and fresh.The woodiness, roasted, will tempt our tasting buds with nuts, chocolate, perhaps with a caramel touch..

Même s'il n'est pas très connu, c'est réellement l'un de mes vieux préférés tant en rondeur que sur le caramel et la vanille, très doux, avec du bois et cuir en charpente, j'aime vraiment beaucoup. La bouteille touche à sa fin, je vais le regretter !
