El Ron del Artesano Panama Rum - Ruby Port Cask Finish 2012
Port wine and red berries lead here, with dried figs, raisins and a touch of dark chocolate on the finish. The port cask does most of the talking. The recurring complaint: at 40.6% it comes across watered down and thin, with a faint nose and a slightly bitter woody tail. A few tasters found it a rounded, fruity sipper; others called it flat and one-note.

Farbe: Rotbraun - Chestnut Oloroso Sherry Geruch: Leicht, frisch, süß und weinig-fruchtig. Riecht deutlich nach Portwein. Geschmack: Mild im Mund, sehr rund und fruchtig beim Schlucken. Überhaupt nicht alkoholisch oder würzig, dafür süß und weinig. Rote Früchte, verwässert. Abgang: Mittellang Portwein, vor allem im Nachgeschmack. Holzig bitter und unangenehm.

Leider sehr stark runterverdünnt und somit extra flach im Geruch als auch im Geschmack. Schade ein paar Prozente mehr hätten ihm bestimmt gut getan

#4210 I'd say this one is watered to death. Very light profile that is pretty sweet, yet fruity. The empty glass has a light smoky note and some chocolate.

Insgesamt zu schwach und dünn... Die Nase ist kaum wahrnehmbar.. am Gaumen überwiegt das Holz und etwas Gewürz... die Portwein-Finish ist so gut wie gar nicht spürbar! Schade!
