Another retaste and I still like it a lot. Draws really nice curtains in the glass. Sticking to my initial score. This is an amazingly good white. Medium to long finish with spices. A must try :-)

I never recognize FSQ in the taste ... Foursquare je destilerka z Barbadosu produkujici uzasne rumy ke kazdodennimu popijeni. Je to rum, ktery oceni zejmena rumari, kteri maji plne zuby cukru a hledaji jemny, nasladly rum plny kokosu, vanilky, cokolady a karamelu. Proste prijemne a nijak agresivni chute.

Blind tasting Colour very light yellow almost clear Smells grassy, alcoholic, also a Haitian almond smell? Taste: alcohol, grass, plum fruit, sweetness in the finish, a little reminiscent of home-made brandy Medium-long finish ABV 55-60% I was thinking of some clairin Foursquare I would definitely not say Thank you to Pavel Sparrow for the sample

Colour are not completely clean, it have light yello colour. Compare to colour actually it’s looks more like white three years old Doorlys. Nose is quite soft. Taste is more like bittersweet. It remind me some white agricole from Martinique mixed with sugar syrup. But spirit it self are still very soft. A touch of nuttiness. Texture on mouthfeel are just like almonds or coconut piece.

Nose is vibrant and typical Foursquare with caramel and vanilla alongside some barrel influence. Think this was their first hardcore pot still white, excited. Mouth is creamy and delicate for a white and drinks well below the proof. Great and oh so complex here. Ice cream sundaes, yes please. A little short and brash but incredibly amount of flavour and the finish brings more ice cream, apple and some tart tartine. It’s medium and really very good, clearly distills any sense that white rums can’t be sippers. Bet a daiquiri would be sublime and think it’s outperforms the subsequent LFTs

"Unfortunately for me, i like everything about this now unicorn bottle. A clear difference to the aged product, but complex goodness and surprisingly a lot of ester. This one really is lovely."
