Anyone who loves the oily, licorice-heavy Port Mourant side of Guyana will find their happy place here. It's a Jamaica-Guyana pot-still blend where the Demerara leads — anise, plum, rubber and glue — with just enough Jamaican fruit swinging underneath. One member sums it up: "rubber, glue and everything else that's not supposed to be in rum." At 46% it drinks relaxed, creamy and spicy.

Great nose! The reduction to 46% is not felt here at all. The Guyana portion is quite dominant. Pleasantly creamy and spicy on the palate. Really strong blend! 😍

Der Jamaica-Anteil (LP?, da keine Ester) geht unter, aber das macht gar nichts, der dominierende Guyana-Anteil ist absolut süffig (PM?), toller Rum (von dem ich vorher noch nie gehört hatte), dessen 46% sich wirklich entspannt trinken lassen.

Toller Blend bei dem der Guyana schon übertrumpft, die 46% Alkohol stehen ihm gut und reichen völlig aus. Die Jamaica Noten sind nicht aufdringlich und schwingen einfach ein wenig mit und verleihen dem Blend eine leichte Fruchtigkeit das PM Geschmacksprpfil bleibt dabei unberührt. Echt ein netter Sipper.

Exciting blend of PM (I strongly suspect - I could not find details, so pure guess) and the typical Jamaica fruit tester profile, although not at an excessively high level. PM remains dominant for now, but is increasingly complemented by nice fruitiness. Very successful blend.
