Karukera Réserve Spéciale Rhum Vieux Agricole
Drinkers who already enjoy aged agricole and want an everyday bottle will feel at home here. Expect dry sugarcane, young oak and a spicy, medium-fruity middle — apricot, grapefruit, a little chocolate and nutty notes in the empty glass. Several tasters call it pleasant but a touch diluted, with a short finish. A step up from the Karukera Gold, according to one member.

How does Karukera Réserve Spéciale Rhum Vieux Agricole taste?
Aggregated from 56 community reviews.
Easy dry-sugarcane agricole, short finish Most find it a nice, easygoing aged agricole with good aromas — but several wish it were less diluted, and the finish runs short. Pleasant rather than exciting.

Gourmand, très agréable ! Rhum riche et complet. Très joli 👌

A nice improvement to the Karukera Gold I had in comparison. It is a bit more balanced, more creamy but has the same dry sugarcane note accompanied by wood.

First off the price matches what you get. A medium fruity rum with a warm/spicy touch on the palate. I like the light nutty notes and the empty glass reveals even stronger notes of chocolate and wood.
