15.05.2020 Went out for a nice dinner bringing some bottles. Notes Medium dark to dark in colour. Nose Fresh, light, light wood and roasted notes, orange, grass, anise, fruity. Palate Light wood and roasted notes, fresh, fruity, banana, orange, faint coconut, spice. Finish Medium long, light wood, fruity, light chocolate, faint Cola.

"Finish sauterne très intéressant et un peu astringent. on a de belles choses chez HSE en terme de finish, mais la gamme est presque un peu torp large. .. En resume, mes notes de degutation : Au nez : Chêne En bouche : Beurre, Abricot"
