This rum is perfect for mixers and I highly recommend it for that and also punch.

an der Nase zuerst Honig-Banane und Sesam, dann immer mehr seifige Noten, etwas Kardamom, roter Pfeffer und zum Schluss Milchschokolade. geschmacklich setzt sich die Milchschokolade dann fort, wird aber dann etwas würzig, scharf Richtung Pfeffer, pepperoni und geht dann zu Mokka und starkem Espresso über. alles sehr cremig und seltsam seifig, erinnert an Dosen-Lychees! insgesamt aber aufgrund der 40% auch etwas dünn und schnell wieder weg... allerdings kommt er im daiquiri unglaublich cremig nach Kokosmilch mit lychees durch und ist sehr harmonisch und lecker! 🤤

Chalong Bay (Thaïlande) millesime 2018 : c’est plutôt sympa en bouche, plus sucré que nos blancs agricoles habituels. Mais à 40%, la finale est vraiment trop courte. Blanc accessibles pour se lancer dans les rhums blancs. Mais à ce prix, on trouve mieux en blanc sur le marché.
