This is a very young and powerful rum. It tastes through virtually any mixer! The proof is not 100 but 114 but maybe that has some history to it. Add a few drops of water and more flavours will be released.

Oha, erstaunlich gut! Schönes Demerara-Profil mit guter Komplexität. Mir etwas zu viel Lakritz und Melasse. Aber für so einen Standard richtig gut!

Heavy, torrified rum. Full-bodied, with wood, burnt sugar and powerful spices.

I know this is standard "table demerara rum", but this is the profile I love.

"Enjoyable stuff at a reasonable price. However go easy as it is strong stuff! I personally would buy this over Lambs or Skipper. Definitely worth having a bottle kicking around and I would imagine this would go well in tiki cocktails such as a Zombie."Read full review →
