Excellent Dominican rum Relicario Supremo. Aroma: fresh, vanilla-fruit-coconut, sweet with cinnamon, wood, very dense and collected aroma. Taste: slightly alcoholic, dense, lots of fruits and dried fruits, cherry aftertaste. In general, with each sip it burns a little (and this is at 40% of it), but then you feel a sweet, fruity-woody dense taste, with a long aftertaste. Well, I would not say that this is the best rum from the Dominican Republic, but very decent. Отличный Доминиканский ром Relicario Supremo. Аромат: свежий, ванильно-фруктово-кокосовый, сладкий с корицей, деревяшка, очень плотный и собранный аромат. Вкус: слегка спиртуозный, плотный, много фруктов и сухофруктов, вишня на послевкусии. В общем при каждом глотке немного обжигает (и это при его 40%) , но потом чувствуется сладкий, фруктово-древесный плотный вкус, с долгим послевкусием. Ну я бы не сказал, что это самый лучший ром из Доминиканы, но очень достойный.

An intoxicating fragrance, a subtle finesse that beckons to the palate like a butterfly on a flower. A rum that's soft on the palate, fine, almost too fine. The alcohol is well integrated, with a caramel taste and floral notes on the palate, finishing with a citrus zest reminiscent of candied kumquat. I expected more nuance, but it's good all the same.

A little olfactory nugget: gourmand, round, sweet yet delicate. Much lighter on the palate than on the nose, but still very pleasant, with an impression of green fruit like fresh walnuts, against a background of candied citrus, giving way to lightly roasted notes. The finish is a little short, in my opinion, but remains in line with the tasting, full of subtlety.in short, a nice rum for fruit lovers, but perhaps deserving of a little more character.

When looking at the price tag you get a lot for your money. A fruity and sweet rum that in my mind is good for beginners and I even used it for baking and in mixers.
