Bernsteinfarben. Im Geruch nach Alkohol, Rosinen und Zitrusfrüchte. Geschmack dann Karamell, schwere süße mit Gewürzen und Mandeln ä. Der Geschmack bleibt nicht lange auf der Zunge. Überwiegend Süß, daher eher in kleinen Mengen.

7,2:The nose is very fruity and quite gourmand, with sweet-spiced orange peel liqueur. The citrus's oily side brings its share of bitterness, immediately counterbalanced by the roundness of a rum one imagines to be thick and sticky. Aeration transports us alongside a buttery, gently spicy cake batter. It begins to caramelize over time, without losing its orange nuances. 6,9:The palate is round, offering the texture and aromas of the cake batter encountered on the nose. In fact, a slight powderiness is felt on the attack, reminiscent of a ready-to-bake cookie, powdered sugar or dry cake soaked in orange rum syrup. Sweet spices are also present, becoming more and more cooked as they settle on the palate. 6,8:The finish is greedy and round, like a bitter orange liqueur.

In der Nase fruchtig-schokoladig. Am Gaumen Aprikose, Banane und Schokoladennoten. Leicht angenehme Schärfe im Abgang. Einer der besseren von A.H. Riise auch wenn hier wieder ordentlich nachgezuckert wurde.

If you have a taste for another SWEET Riise rum, here you get the taste of pineapple, banana and milk chocolate, which will surprise your taste buds! - to my taste, very sweet and therefore only drunk in very small quantities and rarely 😉

Very characteristical. Essentially A.H. Riise tastes and smells the same. There are small nuances here and there but the core taste and smell is the same. The smell is nice, very signature like but the taste is waaaay too sweet. From time to time it is good liqueur but I cannot think of drinking more than 2 shots.

A more fruity nose than the regular Danish Navy and the Naval Cadet. Pineapple. The taste is very similar to those other two, with candied orange peel or lemonade. Less spicy. Too artificially sweet unfortunately.
