7,6:On the nose, grassy with hay, herbaceous, quite intense, metallic patina, roasted wood notes with leather, chocolate, caramel, spicy vanilla, faint fruits with pear, grapes, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, it becomes fruitier with wine barrel finish notes like citrus, yellow, green fruits, lavender and confectionery arise. 7,4:On the palate, the attack is dry, salty with white wine notes like green fruits with apple, pear, grapes, yellow fruits and mirabelle plum, later coconut and raisins, the wood is toasted with confectionery like brioche, yeast, cookie dough, then caramel, nuts, spicy vanilla, slightly smoky, as the molasses is green, grassy with hay, flowery, vegetal with thyme, slightly dark with black tea, thick.Metallic patina arrives later. 7,7:The finish is medium long, balanced, rounder, dry&tannic, as fruits like apple, melon, coconut, grapes, pair grassy, flowery molasses and toasted oak notes, spicy, metallic patina. The color of a pernand vergelesses, with a pleasantly fresh, sweet nose. A palate that starts on pear with a hint of raisin acidity before moving on to thyme and then finishing on a sensation of milk chocolate and coconut. ˆExcellent...
