On The Rocks: On the nose a subtle brown sugar and molasses with some mild oak and roasted undertones. Taste reveals an initial brown sugar the quickly gives way to spices and sweetness with some alcoholic notes. Finish is medium going more bitter with treacle notes that hangs in the back of your throat. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose mild brown sugar. Taste is very flat with no finish. Do not drink this mixed.
