8,7:On the nose, charred wood notes like leather, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, sulphur and copper, fruits with prunes, dates, apricots, cherries and pears, spicy, some tobacco, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, Demerara sugar is strong, vegetal molasses with soy sauce, black tea, hints of perfume, citrus fruits arise. 8,8:On the palate, the attack is round, delicious, thick, syrupy with dried fruits like prunes, raisins, apricots, dates, cherries, orange peel(on oxidation even coconut and mango), charred wood notes like roasted nuts, perhaps walnuts, leather, chocolate, Demerara sugar, spicy with allspice, slightly salty, coppery and sulphurous, as the molasses is vegetal, dark with soy sauce, licorice, black tea, tobacco and hints of eucalyptus. 8,6The finish is long, dry and tannic, as dried fruits pair vegetal, dark molasses and roasted wood notes, spicy..
