Vergleich zwischen den drei Neisson 2016 Chai 4yr. Cask #5 Die hellste Farbe deutet schon an, dass dieser Rhum.der mit den hellsten und kräutigsten Noten ist. Dem ist auch so. Viel junges Holz, Gras und Pflanzen, Blumen und Politur. 75 Punkte Cask #2 Der farblich Dunkelste von allen Dreien. Am Gaumen deutlich wärmer, voller und adstringenter als seine Brüder. Rote Früchte, Tabak, Leder und Holz. Herrlich langer warmer Abgang. 85 Punkte Cask #4 Der Fruchtigste des Dreiergestirns mit einer interessanten grasigen karamell-zitrus Note im Abgang. Leichr bitter, liegt in seinem Aromenspektrum irgendwo zwischen dem Grasigen und dem Ledrigen. 77 Punkte

8,7:On the nose, the first impression we get is a grassy, herbaceous sugar cane with tea, spicy, slightly roasted wood notes with almonds and dark chocolate, as the fruits are tropical with banana, coconut and juicy peaches. On aeration, it becomes flowery and minty, a bit resinous and roasted with confectionery like biscuits, baked apple with honey. 8,7:On the palate, the attack is delicious, creamy with sugarcane honey, herbaceous, minty, fruits like grapefruit, banana and peaches, vanilla and roasted almonds, hazelnuts. With resting, the cane is flowery, grassy, earthy with some tobacco and black tea, the wood becomes resinous, nutty, some confectionery pops out. 8,6:The finish is long, tannic, the grassy cane, fruits are complemented with spicy, roasted, smoky wood notes and dairy touch... A slightly older tasting. The price tag is pretty good compared to what you get. A fruity rum with a nice mix of spices and a nice floral note. The empty glass is really nice and I can pick up some ginger and chocolate.

Interesting citrus and coconut notes on the nose. On the palate comes tropical fruit and a great spice. Good, but not an extraordinary Neisson.

Eine sehr frische Nase - Zitrus, Lösungsmittel, Minze. Prickeln im Mund und Abgang. Nicht sehr komplex. Nicht schlecht, aber der schwächste der drei Chais. Die frische Nase macht ihn interessant.
