A very fragrant, savory and dry Agricole Blanc with floral and spicy aromas, mostly grass and ginger. The distinctive flavors is floral, spicy and fruity with tastes of grass and sugarcane. I believe it’s ideal for a traditional Ti Punch.

#6392 23.02.2026 Continueing my journey through the 20 samples I got from my friend. A pretty decent bottling that can be enjoyed as a sipper. Found it to be pretty good in a cola actually. A fresh profile with nice grass and fruits and a touch of smoke and nutts.

Just like the other agricoles from the Caribbean / Martinique. Fruity in smell, fruity in taste. As this rum is 55%, it takes a little longer to finish, but all in all a reasonable rum.

Un rhum agricole typique de la Martinique, idéal pour les cocktails surtout pour les ti-punch. Un goût fruité tirant vers les agrumes et plutôt doux. Plus facile à boire que d'autres rhum titrant à 55% également.

Not bad in aroma, such a classic representative of white agricole. The taste is similar, but with an unpleasant sharpness. But the finish is so nice that I had to add a few points up after the second taste.

Aroma: fresh, sweet, herbal, spices, very collected aroma. Taste: mild (well, for such a fortress), sweet, herbal. Well, this is probably how the taste of aged pure sugar cane juice should be. Аромат: свежий, сладкий, травяной, специи, очень собранный аромат. Вкус: мягкий (ну для такой крепости), сладкий, травяной. Ну вот такой наверное дожен быть вкус выдержанного чистого сока сахарного тростника.

Sehr fruchtig mit einem starken Eindruck von Kirschwasser bzw. Obstler in der Nase. Mit 55% ist er pur genossen eher für Fortgeschrittene zu empfehlen. Sehr gut zum mixen von fruchtigen Drinks wie Ti Punch oder Caipirinha geeignet.

Read full review →Cheaper white Rhum Agricole is very popular in France and freely and very cheaply available in most supermarkets. If you are travelling to France then I would strongly recommend you bring back some of the younger (less fancy looking) white Agricole rhums. You will not be disappointed.
