Best sent into hot tea, honestly — one member's fix for a rum most here find watered-down. Neat it reads thin and sweetened: soft caramel, a little vanilla, faint dried fruit and a rough edge of alcohol. A few tasters catch green banana and light Jamaican fruit hiding underneath, but the dilution flattens whatever's there. More curiosity than pour.

Einmal muss man ihn ja probieren … und heute beginnt der Rum X Adventskalender, wo er zwar nie Teil aber immer ein Running Gag war. Wie zu erwarten kein Highlight. Bissl Vanille, homöopatisch dosierte Trockenfrucht mit viel schechtem Alkohol und zu viel Verdünnung. Ein Highlight, das man auf jeden Fall verpassen sollte 😉 Ab in den Tee damit. Damit ist er trinkbar.

Naja, der ok Pott eher. Frage mich, ob die alte Tradition des Rumverschnitts hier noch fortgeführt wird. Denn man riecht und schmeckt fruchtigen Jamaikarum, aber einfach sehr dünn und begleitet von kaum was anderem.

Besser als gedacht. Leider viel zu verwässert. Aber im Geruch als auch im Geschmack side Grundpfeiler ohne Fehler. Im Geruch angenehm viel grüne banane mit anderen Früchten. Im Geschmack ein paar ester die leider viel zu verwässert sind. Ich muss auf jeden Fall mal den overproof von denen probieren.

Ein weiterer "echter" Übersee-Rum, der insgesamt als dünn und gesüßt bezeichnet werden muss, aber ich nehme schwache Fruchtnoten wahr. Das wirkt neben dem weichen Karamell/Zucker und etwas Vanille abrundend. Insgesamt aber schlecht.

Really bad liquer ... Z Francie jsem od jednoho z velkych podporovatelu rumu koupil prepravku 80 vzorku. Vse sedesata a sedmdesata leta. Necekam nic nez patoky. Ale coz- zkusit se ma vse. Zkusenost k nezaplaceni. A v peti lidech o kus vetsi zabava. 2025-02-17
